A Scholarship That Would Help Me Help Mompreneurs

I just applied for a $1000 scholarship from http://assistanceforsinglemothers.com/application.htmlto help promote my blog. Why? Because it’s perfect and almost karmic timing. The email was forwarded to me today from my colleague Jennifer Covello of the wonderful  parentingforpurpose blog who, as many of you know is knee deep with me into our current project of bringing mompreneurs and single parent preneurs  an awe inspiring telesummit series in early October. We’re producing this on a shoestring budget, and when I say on a shoe string I’m not kidding. Today’s a big day. We just secured our 6th and final guest star Aliza Sherman, author, mompreneur, founder of Cybergrrl.com and currently of webgrrls.com fame and so we’re on an all time high. Our hope is to be able to use this telesummit series as a launch pad for future programs and hopefully a book to help mompreneurs and single moms learn the skills they’ll need to create a business where they’ll be able to work smart, not hard, leverage their time and their smarts and be able to sleep soundly at night. An extra $1000 to be able to create and market these programs would go a loooong way. Keep your fingers crossed for us, and sign up for the newsletter (to the right) to keep up on the MomToMompreneur Work Smart Not Hard Telesummit details.

Carpe Diem!!
