A surgeon from Monterrey Mexico specializing in bariatric procedures contacted OmagineHealth.com through our website and now we are in the process of negotiating a contract. He is interested in our SEO services and an optimized website to attract potential American patients to his practice in Mexico. In early December I was contacted by a Nigerian businessman specializing in customized branded promotional items. A member of my BNI group gave me an idea I’ve been ranting about to others for quite some time but obviously not heeding. (Marketer: market thyself), and that is the really important element of listening to what people want, instead of just ‘what you would like to shove down their throats because you think it’s a really good idea.’ A high end painter, Alberto was ready for the big plunge, wanting to re-vamp his website and his online marketing campaign. Make Your Website Pages Searchable

When designing your website, paying close attention to your homepage design is critical when it comes to high ranking on the search engine results page. If you are using a lot of flash, untagged media and /or images, a squeeze or splash page you’re doing yourself a disservice.

Search engines value these three things the most, and will index your pages and rank your site accordingly:

  • High quality
  • Relevant, keyword rich content
  • Links, links, links

Search engines are sensitive to consistent tweaking, and it should be done not only on the home page but on every relevant page on your site. Be on the lookout for fresh keywords, replacing existing ones on a regular basis. Testing different headlines, keyword combinations, the text you’re using, bolding, italicizing, bolding and italicizing, and even the architecture of the page should be switched up from time to time.
